Studds Accessories Ltd, India’s leading two-wheeler helmet manufacturer, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on October 30, 2025, aiming to raise ₹455.5 crore. The IPO comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of 7.8 million equity shares, with no fresh issue component.

The subscription window for the IPO will open on Thursday, October 30, and close on Monday, November 3, 2025. The price band has been set between ₹557 and ₹585 per share, with a lot size of 25 shares. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 25 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,625 at the upper price band. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on November 4, with shares credited to demat accounts by November 6. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on November 7, 2025.

Founded in 1975, Studds Accessories designs, manufactures, and markets two-wheeler helmets under the ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’ brands, along with motorcycle accessories such as luggage, gloves, rain suits, riding jackets, eyewear, and helmet locks. The company’s products are sold across India and exported to over 70 countries worldwide.

Financial Performance

In the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1FY26), the company reported revenue from operations of ₹149.18 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹20.24 crore. For the full fiscal year 2024-25, Studds Accessories recorded revenue of ₹583.81 crore, marking a 10% increase from the previous fiscal year. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹104.84 crore, up 16% from the prior year, while PAT grew by 22% to ₹69.64 crore.

IPO Objectives

Since the IPO is entirely an OFS, Studds Accessories will not receive any proceeds from the public offering. The funds will go to the promoters and investors selling their shares through the OFS.
